If you purchased a product with a money back guarantee, you may receive a refund if you contact us within the stated period and request a refund. Once you receive a refund from Market Signal System LLC, you become ineligible to purchase our products in the future. Only one refund is available per customer.
If you purchased a product with no refunds specified on the order page, no refund will be provided. If you purchased a product with unlimited (lifetime) access, you will have access to the system for as long as the service is provided to any paying customer.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our employees and other representatives harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, costs, and expenses in connection with or arising from your breach of this agreement.
Should any portion of this agreement be deemed unenforceable, the remaining conditions of the agreement shall remain in force and be enforceable. This agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned to anyone. This is the entire agreement between you and us and shall be governed by the laws and the rules of the state of Texas.
