ETF 1 Timing System Posted in Free Area

We have added the ETF 1 Timing System to the free area of the site. The ETF 1 Timing System was first posted on our site in November, 2008. Results before that date are backtested.

The Signals trade at the Monday close after the weekend update. It trades weekly (at most). Trading is done with no margin or leverage. The system holds only one ETF at a time. It moves into bonds (TLT) when the market is particularly weak.

Moving into the bond fund BND would be an even more conservative approach when TLT is called for since TLT can be somewhat volatile. Of course, an even more conservative approach would be to move to the safety of cash (money market fund) when a move to TLT is called.

Last Few Hours to Join

One last reminder – beginning in October, new membership signups won’t be available. We aren’t sure at this point when (or if) they will be offered again.

The last time we stopped accepting new members, it was over three months before we opened membership up again.
