ETF Trading the Easy Way
Bottom line: a system I really like is the ETF Trading Signals system – holds ETFs for an average of more than two months and trounces buy and hold. Easy to trade, easy to stick with. Highly Recommended! Sometimes I get asked what style of trading I do. I am mostly interested in ETF trading systems that rotate between the exchange traded funds that are most likely to perform well in the near future. But, I don’t like to trade every day or even every week. That is why, the type of systems I use most are ones like the ETF Timing System 2 which trades relatively infrequently, yet has outstanding returns.
Trading only 8-15 times a year, and only having to check the system for a new trade every week, means that I can trade this system and only take maybe 5 minutes on average a week to do it. I use Foliofn as my principal broker. With Foliofn, one annual fee pays for all the trades I need to do. Also, I usually trade the system using the Monday morning window trade. The ETF trading system 2 calculates its returns as if the trading is done at the close on Monday, but I have found that with a system that trades so infrequently, trading either at the Monday AM window or the Tuesday AM window gives about equivalent results. Another ETF trading system that I find intriguing and very profitable (I am a member) offers signals with an average holding time of over two months – exactly the kind of system that I find I can stick with. Click here for the ETF Trading System (highly recommended).
